Loss adjustment

Reliable and comprehensive customer service is the priority of RKB’s brokerage activity. For that reason, in addition to preparing a tailor-made insurance scheme, we actively support you in the event of any loss or damage.

Activities in this area fall within the competence of our Loss Adjustment Department, which has been operating within the company’s structures almost since its beginning and deploys Loss Adjusters with over a dozen years of experience.

At every stage of our activities we represent the interests of our clients before the Insurer.

As part of our service in this area, we mainly offer:

  • professional assistance in the loss adjustment process at every stage, from the loss occurrence until its adjustment by the insurer’s decision (including appeal);
  • support for your employees in a range of loss adjustment activities and the organisation of the recovery process;
  • conducting the loss adjustment process with the use of a modern system for loss recording and monitoring, which:

    – helps us coordinate our activities,
    – facilitates the supervision of the promptness of loss adjustment proceedings on the insurer’s side,
    – allows for ongoing monitoring of the loss ratio along with a cause analysis,
    – allows for preparing loss ration reports of the scope adequate to customer needs;
  • possibility to use a national network of repair workshops in the repair process or the arrangement of a replacement vehicle;
  • assistance in disposing of property after the loss occurrence,


  • for fleet vehicles, we provide an accident package with step-by-step instructions and printed copies of a joint traffic accident statement,
  • we prepare procedures dedicated for a specific insurance policy, as well as proper follow-up procedures,
  • together with our customers, we work on loss rate reduction,
