While conducting our brokerage activity and actively participating in loss adjustment proceedings, for years, we have been observing our customers’ interest – in the knowledge that doing so makes it easier for them to navigate the insurance maze.
Particularly due to this reason, we organise training courses that are tailored to the individual needs of our customers.
Our most common training programs include:
- a training program that covers insurance contracts, including, among others, provisions of insurance contracts – the program focuses on explaining particular policy provisions, the scope of insurance coverage and related general terms and conditions of insurance,
- we point out the regulations resulting from the applicable laws and actions to be taken before and after the conclusion of an insurance contract, as well as actions to be taken in the event of loss occurrence (with particular regard to the principles and process of loss adjustment),
- training programs concerning Occupational Health and Safety, fire safety, and the organisation of fire safety equipment appropriate to the needs resulting from the conducted business activity,
We ensure that our training programs focus on regulations resulting from the applicable laws and provide full explanation of policy provisions and the Insurer’s requirements.
